Storing your data files in the cloud

You can store your POSIC data files in the cloud using a file hosting service such as Microsoft's OneDrive. Here are the steps you should take:
  1. Create a folder in OneDrive called POSIC.
  2. Install POSIC on your PC.
  3. Copy all the files from the POSIC folder on the PC and paste them into the POSIC folder in OneDrive.
  4. Right click on the shortcut to POSIC on your desktop, select Properties from the menu and then the Shortcut tab. Change "Start in" to the POSIC folder in OneDrive.
You can share your OneDrive data files with other PCs if you wish to run POSIC on more than one computer, even at different locations. To share the data on another PC:
  1. Install POSIC on the PC.
  2. Right click on the shortcut to POSIC on the desktop, select Properties from the menu and then the Shortcut tab. Change "Start in" to the POSIC folder in OneDrive.
